CALIFORNIA DENIM
Our denim collection follows lives well lived — women who reach for the same jeans and tee each morning, shaped by time and routine. Washes are sun-faded, silhouettes classic, easy, and worn-in.
We draw from decades of archive, reworking patterns across eras and letting them evolve through wear. Stains, dust, smoke, paint, and sweat become part of each piece — evolving it into something distinctly personal, a uniform of process.
ORIGINAL
A straight-leg jean cut from 13oz Japanese indigo denim, inspired by original 60s-era silhouettes that defined American denim.
OFF DUTY
A relaxed mid-rise straight-leg jean reflecting 1990s off-duty dressing. Cut from 100% cotton Japanese indigo denim with five-pocket construction and a button fly, it's defined by a wide leg and a 33" inseam for an easy break.
JET SET
A high-rise wide-leg jean inspired by the late 1960s and '70s, when denim shifted from utility to leisure. The 11.5" rise and sweeping leg balance vintage proportion with an easy, modern feel, built with classic detailing and a button fly.
ROPER
A high-rise bootcut jean inspired by 1970s rodeo and ranch dressing, cut from Japanese indigo denim. Fitted through the top block with a contoured seat and thigh, it finishes in a slight bootcut with a 33" inseam for a clean break over the boot.
BUCKLE BACK
A straight-leg jean cut from Japanese indigo denim, referencing early workwear from the late 1800s through the 1930s. The buckle back and high rise nod to a time before belt loops, when fit was tensioned on the body.
Type 1 Jacket
Woven on vintage shuttle looms, selvedge denim is known for its character and longevity — crafted to break in, not wear out.
