I don't recommend this product
Not really easy pieces to take care off
I have worked in the design industry for about two decades. While I really appreciate garments that are made of natural fibers and well constructed I also like pieces that are easy to take care of and work hard. Generally if I need to “baby” the clothes I am really turned off and I simply end up not purchasing the items.
Buck Mason excludes all care info from their website and I believe that’s on purpose.
The clothes from the Avalon collection need to DRIED FLAT ONLY. We are talking about polos and t-shirts that need to be treated like lingerie. I attempted to contact customer service days ago and I still have not gotten any response except for an automated confirmation of receipt. Ultimately, I’m disappointed.
