    Select "Curbside Pickup" on the product page and select the Buck Mason store nearest to you.
    We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. Have your email handy when you arrive.
    When you arrive, stay in your car and give us a call at the number in your email.
    Sports car, mini van, or station wagon, it doesn't matter to us! We'll load up your order with zero contact.

*The safety of our customers and employees is our first priority and we are following rigorous health protocols such as masks, gloves and zero physical contact to ensure physical distancing during the pickup. 

Curbside Pickup FAQ

  • Due to variations in inventory from one store to another, some items may be available at your local store and some may not. Certain sizes, styles and colors change frequently so check back often or look for the item you want at another location. There’s also always the option to have something shipped to you if it’s available online. 

  • There is no additional cost for Curbside Pickup.

  • Shoot us an email at with your cancellation request, or call the store phone number listed on your order confirmation receipt during store hours to process a cancellation over the phone.

  • Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order online. We do not accept cash payments upon pickup.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

  • Pick up location and instructions will be indicated in your order confirmation receipt. Pick up instructions may vary depending on store location. 

  • 1. Follow the parking instructions in your 'ready for pickup' email and arrive during listed Curbside Pickup hours.

    2. Call the store number as identified in the pickup email. A stylist will ask for your name, and will bring your items to your car. 

    3. Be ready to show your ‘ready for pickup’ email through the window so that our stylist can verify your order. 

    4. Pop open your trunk, and drive off!

  • You’ll need your order confirmation receipt handy to show our stylist through your car window. Once your identification has been verified, pop open your trunk and our stylists will place your items into your car.

  • Purchasers must pick up their own orders. 

  • A stylist from the store where the order is waiting will call you if the order is not picked up within seven days. If the stylist is unable to reach you the order may be cancelled and your payment refunded.

  • If orders are not picked up within three days of placing the order, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund. 

  • Yes! Please call your selected pick up store to let them know you need a little more time to pick up your order.

  • You can ship back your returned items with a prepaid packing slip that will be included in your shopping bag. Alternatively, you can call the store where you picked up your order to coordinate a return drop off. Be sure to include your original order number on a slip of paper inside your shopping bag so that stylists can process your return seamlessly. 

  • The health of our employees and customers are a priority to us. We’ve designed a Curbside Pickup process that allows us to fulfill your order while maintaining social distancing as per CDC recommendations. Our stylists will be avoiding any direct, close face-to-face contact with customers. Stylists will also be disinfecting surfaces, washing hands and wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
